I was exposed to the wonderful world of Real Estate at a young age watching my parents buy, renovate, and flip the homes we lived in. I didn’t always enjoy living in a construction zone and moving every few years, but I learned a lot about how homes were built and renovated. When I purchased my first investment property that’s when my passion for Real Estate really took off.
My business degree and CPA designation gave me the assurance to know that owning a rental property could be a lucrative venture if done wisely and therefore was worth the risk. After 10+ years of acquiring, renovating, and managing rental properties while simultaneously climbing the corporate ladder from Accounting Assistant to Controller I decided to follow my passions full time, get my REALTOR®'s license, and never looked back.
Did you know, when I’m not communicating my Real Estate knowledge to potential clients, or spending time with family, you'll most likely find me at a curling rink? Being a part of a high performance sports team has made me a stronger person and taught me the value of teamwork, determination, communication, and dependability, and I'm so grateful for the experiences, hard lessons, and lifelong friends sport has brought me. I could go on and on about the parallels of curling and Real Estate and both those worlds have been the source of my proudest accomplishments to date.
